I'm glad you're here.
Walking into a counselor's office can be scary.
You may not know where to begin.
You may wonder if your story is too messy, too complicated, or too
painful to put into words.
Or maybe you're simply tired of trying so hard to hold everything together.
If that's where you find yourself, I want you to know something before we ever meet.
You don't have to have everything figured out.
You don't have to know where to begin.
You don't have to say things the "right" way.
You can simply come as you are.
We'll slow down.
We'll make sense of it together.
What I've Come to Believe.
Over the years, I've come to believe that people begin to heal when they feel safe enough to no longer need to hide.
My hope is that this will become a place where you no longer have to carry your story alone.
I know what it feels like to be deeply seen, accepted, and genuinely delighted in.
That experience continues to shape me every day, and it has profoundly influenced the way I sit with the people who trust me with their stories.
I've learned that being understood and being truly seen are not the same thing.

Long before I became a counselor, people often found their way to me with their stories. Looking back, I think they were searching for what all of us long for—someone who would stay, listen, and not turn away. Becoming a a therapist in Colorado Springs allowed me to combine what had been quietly growing in my heart with years of training, so I could care for people with both compassion and skill.
A Little About Me

How I Work.
I believe every person's story makes sense.
That doesn't mean every choice has been healthy or every relationship has been safe. But I do believe our lives are shaped by the experiences we've lived through and the ways we've learned to survive them.
My work is grounded in attachment and informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together, we'll gently explore the patterns that have shaped your life—not to assign blame, but to discover what those patterns have been protecting and how you can move toward greater freedom, connection, and healing.
Let's Begin
If something you've read here resonates with you, I'd be honored to meet you.
Whether you're coming on your own or together as a couple, you don't have to have everything figured out before we begin.
You simply have to be willing to take the next faithful step.
May you know what it feels like to be deeply seen
